Ubaldo Loredo has been in the food service industry for over a decade. He is taking a chance on an exciting new venture on Frontage Road in St. Cloud along Highway 10. Sol Azteca is an authentic Mexican restaurant that will be operated by the Loredo family. The menu features classic Mexican cuisine paired with a freshly renovated interior. The home of the new restaurant formerly housed the KFC along Highway 10, the family has spent around two years in renovations to ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
