The COVID Diaries: Entry 24
Welcome friends! Isn’t today just a great day? I am so so happy!
Things are finally starting to go back to normal. Restaurants are open and school is going back to hybrid, though I hope that we will also go back full in person soon. The only downside is that right now, my siblings chose to do hybrid schooling, so I won’t be going back until next semester.
I didn’t realize how much I’d miss them when they are at school, and I am home. The house is really quiet today, and it makes me wish they were here being their goofy selves. I didn’t realize how comfortable I got in my distance learning routine until now, but I am ready to go back and see all of my teachers and friends!
One thing I will miss about distance learning is the free time. I have so much extra time to do all of the things I love. I will still be doing my best to draw as much as possible, so you can still answer this Google Form for requests! I hope that when we go back, we can go to all sports events and dances. School isn’t the same when we can’t have more than three people at a lunch table or sit in the common areas to work during classes.
I sure hope everything goes back to normal soon, for all of our sakes. Have a great rest of your day! 🙂
