Most people love to have their travel plans all planned out, so they can just show up and enjoy their trip. I love to make trip plans and do things through an itinerary while seeing and exploring new places within and outside of the United States.

Tampa is the third most traveled place in Florida with things to do everywhere you look.

Some of the top sights and things to do in Florida if you like to stay busy or if you are traveling as a family and with children, consist of Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa at Lowry Park, Ybor City, Tampa Theater, Tampa Riverwalk, Sunshine Skyway Bridge, American Victory Ship & Museum, USF Botanical Gardens, Croc Encounters, Manatee Viewing Center, and Skatepark of Tampa.

If you do not like to always be on the go, there are also a lot of things to do on the low-key side of what you can do like visiting some of the best beaches in Florida.

The most traveled beaches consist of Ben T. Davis, Fred Howard Park, Indian Rocks Beach, Sand Key Park, Honeymoon Island State Park, Treasure Island, Caladesi Island State Park, St. Pete Beach, and Fort De Soto Park, and Clearwater Beach.

While touring Tampa and the neighboring cities around it, there are a lot of restaurants and food places to try if you find yourself wanting a meal or exploring new foods that you usually do not get from where you are from.

Some of the best restaurants in and near Tampa consist of Edison food + drink lab, Ulele, Oystercatchers, Columbia Restaurant, Rooster & The Till, Cena, On Swann, Miss En Place, Oak & Ola, Bern’s Steak House, Cafe Ponte, The Chattaway, and El Cap.

While traveling to Tampa, since my sister lives down near the Tampa area and we always try to find new places and attractions to see as we drive around, we stop at a lot of these locations almost every time we go.

Tampa is one of the best cities, in my opinion, and I think everyone should go at some point.
