Energy Ave is located in St. Joseph, MN on the St. Benedict’s college campus. Energy Ave just recently opened and is owned by Mick Marsala, the same person who owns Rock Solid Nutrition in Sartell. Because of this, the two shake shoppes have very similar menus and use the Herbalife products. These shakes are very nutritious and many people use them for weight loss, but they can be simply used as a meal supplement as well.

Compared to other shake shoppes we have visited, Energy Ave is definitely in our top three. We tried the Margarita tea, and we thought it was very flavorful and not too sweet. Our shakes were Almond Joy and S’mores, and they were also very enjoyable, delicious, and filled us up for the rest of the afternoon! We definitely plan on revisiting Energy Ave and recommend that you do too!
