Grace Halvorson
I am a senior at Sartell High School. The dictionary would describe me as a dork. I've earned this title by being a bookworm, a movie fan, and an overachiever. I have a small terror of a dog, named Loki, who likes to bite people. He has trust issues and high functioning anxiety. I relate to this. My favorite quote is from a book -big shocker- by Alix E. Harrow's Ten Thousand Doors of January:
"The will to be polite, to maintain civility and normalcy, is fearfully strong. I wonder sometimes how much evil is permitted to run unchecked simply because it would be rude to interrupt it."
Being a person with very little verbal filter, I find this both ironically relatable and terrifyingly truthful.
