On Saturday the 5th, the team traveled from Duluth to Virginia, MN to play Rockridge.

During the 1st period, Sophomore Baylor Stebbins started out the scoring. Then Junior Elliot Testa scored, ending the period with Sartell up 2-0. Rockridge scored the 1st goal of the second period, making the score 2-1, but Sophomore Tony Colatrella scored a power play goal, putting the Sabres up 3-1 after 2 periods.

Senior goaltender Brandon Bonach kept the puck out of the net in the third, attributing the 3-1 win to “The team playing hard all three periods, and not letting off the gas.”
