I recently visited Bonchon in Maple Grove, a Korean fried chicken restaurant known for its crispy wings and wide range of flavors. When I walked in, the restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, with modern décor and workers greeting me. Bonchon is best known for its Korean fried chicken, which is double-fried to achieve an extra-crispy texture.

My friends and I ordered the 10-piece drumsticks with the soy garlic signature flavor. We also got Bulgogi Fries, which are bulgogi piled on their seasoned fries and topped with mozzarella cheese, scallions, and a drizzle of Spicy Mayo. Then we got the Bao Buns, which come with three steamed buns filled with cucumbers, coleslaw, spicy mayo, and katsu sauce. You can then choose your protein option, which is pork belly, fried chicken, or bulgogi, and we chose bulgogi.
