Throughout her years in Sartell, she has left her mark in not only the schools but also on the whole community!
Sophie is very busy and involved. She played soccer up until her senior year when she decided to be a manager. She loved managing because she loved to spend time with the team and help coaches and teammates with anything they needed. Every one of her teammates would describe her as one of their biggest cheerleaders! This past season the soccer team won sections and qualified for state. She was so happy to be a part of such a great team. Sophie is also on the golf team and was recently chosen to be one of the captains for the upcoming season! Her favorite part of being on the golf team is spending time with friends and she is looking forward to overnight meets this season.

Beside sports Sophie has many other extra-curriculars, she has been a part of student council since middle school, NHS for 1 year, and also is co-president of the unified club. This past summer Sophie was crowned as a Sartell princess and is a part of “Miss Sartell Royalty”. Sophie describes her favorite part of Miss Sartell to be, “I like being able to meet new people and step out of my comfort zone”. Sophie also works at Scheels, she does customer service and has been working there for almost a year. She also has a summer job at Blackberry Ridge were she works in both the pro shop and cart shed. In her free time she loves going to yoga, shopping, and hanging out with friends . She also enjoys concerts and traveling! A couple years ago she spent a month traveling around Europe, she loved visiting London and so many other places. Another fun trip she enjoyed was Costa Rica with the school. Coming up she is going to Mexico for her senior trip and Alaska for another mission trip with Celebration church! When it comes to concerts her favorite was Kendrick Lamar and SZA.
After graduation Sophie is planning to go to St. Bens where she will study elementary education. She is so excited to meet new people, make new memories, and game days. She also would love to study abroad somewhere in Europe or Spain. After college Sophie wants to be an elementary school teacher because she loves kids and school!
