Molly Chappell is a senior this year at Sartell High School. She has been going to Sartell schools all of her life, starting at Pine Meadow in kindergarten. Throughout her life in Sartell, she has involved herself in the community and is excited for the next chapter of her life to start.
☆ GROWING UP ☆
Molly has lived in Sartell her whole life with her family of five. Her two older brothers, Teddy and Sam, both graduated from Sartell over ten years ago. She has always looked up to them as they both have created great lives for themselves. Teddy is married, living in Philadelphia, and is a academic coordinator. Sam lives in Scotland and currently is a chef. With both of her brothers living far away from home, Molly’s family loves to travel to visit them. Her favorite place to travel to is Iceland because of the landscape and scenery which is “unmatched” in her opinion.
☆ ACTIVITIES ☆
Besides traveling and being with her family, Molly is involved in student council and golf. She started student council in middle school her 5th grade year and has stayed involved ever since. She enjoys being able to help plan school activities such as homecoming and school dances. Molly also plays golf, she began in 8th grade and loves being apart of the team. Her favorite golf memory is team bonding at Kpower, her favorite course to play is Blackberry, and she is looking forward to her final season, it will be a very bittersweet moment for her. Molly loves to stay busy as well. She works at Sephora which is the perfect job for her as beauty has been an interest of hers from a young age, aside from work she also loves to stay active. You can find Molly and the gym with friends, at hot yoga, and taking walks. Another way Molly fills her free time is by spending time with friends. Molly has had a very close, tight knit group of friends her whole life. They love to shop, go to concerts, and be in each others presence. Some of her favorite memories with her friends are made at concerts. Recently she’s gone with friends to The Weeknd, Tyler the Creator, Wefest, and Kendrick Lamar + SZA. Molly will miss her friends when they all go their separate ways for college but looks forward to visiting them and continuing to support them through the rest of their lives.
☆ FUTURE PLANS ☆
After her senior year of high school, Molly plans to continue her education. She is going to stay close to home and go to SCSU for 2 years to finish up her generals, then she plans to transfer to The University of Minnesota to pursue a degree in fashion and apparel design. Molly has always dreamed of having a career in fashion and wants to study abroad at some point.
