Carter is a senior at Sartell High School. He has lived in Sartell his entire life.
He started his education at Oak Ridge Elementary, then went to Sartell Middle School, and finally to Sartell High School, where he still is today.
Carter has a family of 5 he has a younger brother named Dylan, who is a eighth grader, a older sister who is in her second year of college, his mom Caroline, and his Dad Mike and he has a dog named Carly.
