Welcome back to Sabre Sips of the Week. On Monday, we interviewed two new Sabres about their go-to Starbucks orders. On Tuesday, we took a trip to Starbucks to get their drinks and try and review them.

First, we asked Fallyn Budde what she likes to order most. She likes a Strawberry Acai with light lemonade, light ice, and five pumps of classic. The second person we asked was Aki Rebeck, and she likes to order a sugar cookie almond milk latte with a sugar cookie cold foam. 

On Tuesday morning, we took the trip to Starbucks, and we got Fallyn and Aki’s drinks. First, we tried the strawberry acai with light lemonade, light ice, and five pumps of classic, and this drink was amazing. The classic syrup added more sweetness and made it taste more like sugar. We would get this drink again because it was so good. Previously, we didn’t know what a classic would taste like. Then we tried the sugar cookie latte, and we were not fans of this drink. We thought it wouldn’t have such a strong coffee taste, but the whole flavor was coffee. We wouldn’t get this drink again, but many people enjoy the “sugar cookie coffee” taste. 

Overall, this week, we had an amazing Strawberry Acai new drink, but we weren’t fans of the sugar cookie latte. We are excited to try more new drinks!
