The senior that we are featuring this week is miss Ella!
Ella is a senior at Sartell High School this year, and she has been in the districted her whole life. Ella lives in Sartell with her two younger brothers and her mom. Ella’s oldest brother, Kaden, is a junior at Sartell, and play for the high school hockey team. Ella’s youngest brother, Carter, is in 6th grade at the Sartell Middle School, and plays basketball. Ella’s mom, Stacy, is a nurse practitioner at CentraCare.
Now that we know a little bit of background about Ella, let’s get a little more personal. Ella has been a varsity member of the Sartell dance team for the past four years. She has been dancing in formation for kick since her freshman year, and has been dancing in formation for jazz since junior year. She has also been is studio for the past 15 years at various local studios.
Ella loves riding the bus down to competitions with the teams, and all the traditions they incorporate. They do things such as praying before hand, visualizing them doing the dance, and something they call “hearts up” where they all make hearts with their hands above their head before taking the floor.
After high school, Ella is planning to attend the University of St.Thomas! Ella is interested in majoring in exercise science on an pre-occupational track. She is also considering minoring in psychology. Ella was drawn to the school because of the beautiful campus, and all the things they have to offer. There are lots of clubs, activities, and classes for students to take apart of at UST. She also has always wanted to live in the city.
When Ella isn’t busy with sports or school, she enjoys to hang out with her friends. Ella and her friends like to plan cute breakfast, lunch, and dinner dates, get ready for school sporting events and dances, and have an upcoming trip to Mexico planned! Even thought Ella enjoys hanging out with her people, she also loves a chill night in watching Netflix, or going shopping at Target.
