Every year, before Christmas, my family gets together to have a cookie day! On cookie day my big family gets together at someone’s hous,e and we hangout, talk and make cookies. This year, cookie day was at my house. We made lots of different desserts, like chocolate covered pretzel rods, chocolate dipped Oreos, and homemade sugar cookies.
My family came over about 2pm and everyone planned to leave at 5-ish; that never happens. Everyone left at about 10pm! We made cookies and and then played lots of card games. My little cousins taught us how to play a new card game called 10’s. It was really fun actually, I think we played it for an hour!
Overall I always enjoy cookie day, and I am looking forward to next year! To make more memories and delicious cookies.
