This week’s SHS featured freshman is Claire Brown. Read the article to learn more about Claire and her high school journey!
Claire is a freshman at SHS and loves her time here. She says her favorite parts about high school so far were going to the homecoming game and dance, as well as meeting new people.
Claire is 14 years old and has lived in Sartell her whole life with her parents and two older sisters, Emily, a sophomore at the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and Lauren, an SHS junior.
Claire’s family has a significant impact on her; when asked about which upperclassman she looks up to the most, she responded, “My sister Lauren because she is always there for me, and she helps me with my homework. She also helps me by giving me useful advice when I need it.”
Claire is currently not involved in any sports, but she is considering following in both of her older sisters’ footsteps and participating in lacrosse this spring.
