Sartell High School sophomores Morgan Winters and Kenzie Odden have been friends for six years.
The two of them met through social media in 4th grade. They attended different elementary schools, with Morgan at Pine Meadow and Kenzie at ORE. When they started middle school, their friendship grew stronger as they shared many experiences.
Morgan and Kenzie have both been dancing since they were two years old, though they started at different studios. Now, they are both on the Sartell Dance Team and looking forward to their second season on the team together. Dance has strengthened their bond due to the amount of time it occupies in their lives. The long hours, shared victories, and even the tough moments have brought them closer than ever. Morgan Winters states, “I love having Kenzie by my side in dance because we relate to each other on different levels, and she supports me no matter what.”
Morgan and Kenzie have created countless memories since they first met. Whether it is laughing over inside jokes, supporting each other through tough times, or simply enjoying each other’s company, their friendship has only grown stronger. These two are inseparable and do not let anyone or anything get in between them.
