Jack Pederson graduated from Sartell High School in 2023. He was involved in football, track, and choir at the high school. He now attends NDSU and is in his second year of college. He is currently in the middle of getting his generals, so he can start in his program: nursing!
Morgan Gill graduated from Sartell High School last year. She was heavily involved at the high school. She was in dance and also was a journalist. Morgan just started her freshman year at NDSU. She is on track to get her generals done and start her major.
What has been your favorite thing about attending NDSU?
Jack Pederson: “My favorite thing has been how easy it is to meet new people and get involved on campus”
Morgan Gill: “My favorite thing about attending NDSU is being able to try new things in a new community.
What was the application process like?
Jack Pederson: “The application process was simple and didn’t differ from other colleges in many ways. The main difference was that they didn’t require an essay.”
Morgan Gill: “The application process for getting into NDSU was smooth and easy.”
What major are you trying to achieve?
Jack Pederson: “Nursing Major”
Morgan Gill: “Elementary education with a minor in special education”
What is your favorite thing about college life?
Jack Pederson: “My favorite thing is that I’m close to all my friends at all times and have more freedom and dependence on myself.”
Morgan Gill: “ My favorite thing about college life right now is the football games and tailgating.”
Where is the best place to eat on campus and why?
Jack Pederson: The best place to eat on campus is Panda Express or the West Dining Center.”
Morgan Gill: “The best place to eat on campus is the residence dining hall; they have the best food.”
