Our next stop on the breakfast battle was Einstein Bros. Bagels. This location was a bit confusing as it was located on the Saint Cloud State University campus. After a bit of a drive and asking for directions we made it to the highly-reviewed restaurant. 

Hadley’s Review 

I got an egg and ham sandwich on an everything bagel and a strawberry and banana smoothie. This was not one of my favorite places. There was nothing super revolutionary about the food here. The bagel was really good but I didn’t really like the egg and ham on the sandwich. The smoothie was very good however and I really enjoyed how cute the place was.

Gennavive’s Review

I started out with a large iced caramel coffee, an everything bagel with strawberry cream cheese, and an egg, bacon, and cheese breakfast sandwich.  Einstein Bros Bagels had so many different types of bagels, sandwiches, coffee options, and breakfast desserts too.  The everything bagel was pretty big and the strawberry cream cheese was really sweet.  

Elijah’s Review 

I got the same coffee as Genna but instead I got the Cheddar Cheese Egg bagel Sandwich and Breakfast Burrito. I didn’t really like the Bagel Sandwich because I actually don’t like bagels but the burrito was so good. It had scrambled egg, sausage and ham in it. I did think the sausage could use some spice otherwise the eggs were soft, the ham wasn’t over cooked and the tortilla wasn’t hard. 

 This spot was such an adventure and we recommend giving it a try!
