This past weekend I attended the NDSU Dance Team spring clinic in Fargo, North Dakota to further my dance experience and so should you!
The clinic was held on February 24th from 10am to 3:30pm at the Bentson/Bunker Fieldhouse. It ranged from combos across the floor, a Jazz combo, learning a part of their nationals Pom routine, and a hiphop routine taught by one of the assistant coaches!
This is the second Bison Dance Team clinic that I have attended this year, and all I can say is WOW. This team is amazing in so many different ways; they are all such amazing dancers and people. I have loved each of the clinics I have been to, I have learned new dance moves but most of all met some pretty amazing girls!
Going to these clinics has opened my eyes to a new perspective, all of the girls I met on the team and the ones there for the clinic. Along with the amazing coaches have made me realize how amazing the dance community actually is!
Dance has always been such a special thing to me through my life. I always find myself watching or physically dancing whenever I can! Going to these clinics has made my love grow even fonder for the sport and the community. This sport has brought me so many amazing people to my life and has shown me progress is succeeding!
