Susan Shibley Hamilton, 55, and Dr. John Baxter Hamilton, 53, seemed to have it all. Madly in love, they co-owned a successful OB/GYN practice that performed abortions. The couple resided in a posh Quail Creek luxury abode on Brush Creek Road in a suburb of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
A sedan was often parked out front. It rested beneath an attached canopy in the center of a half-moon driveway. Dr. Hamilton’s beautiful wife, Susan, was friendly, charming, and outgoing. She ran the couple’s Oklahoma City Clinic for Women. Susan also donated her time to the Oklahoma County Medical Auxiliary. Their relationship appeared perfect. The reality was less idyllic.
