Crave, a local shake shop, opened eight weeks ago, and it is located in Cold Spring. Although it is a bit of a drive, it is definitely worth it because of its exquisite shake and tea options!

Vienna is the owner of Crave, and she has a lot of experience. She has trained many other Herbalife providers and also owns Weight Fusion in St. Joe. Her favorite shake, although it is not very common, is pistachio banana.

We were able to try cake batter, butterscotch, and brownie batter. There are numerous other delicious shakes, and each shake has an adequate and healthy number of calories and protein. The shakes are pretty large and there are different shakes for everyone’s likings!

The tea is what really stood out to us. They had many original flavors with unique and fun names. You can also upgrade your tea to a taller size, which is nice if you wanted a little extra! Crave also offers lift-off teas which provide the consumer’s body with more energy and nutrients.
