Finding a delightful, simple food product is a way to climb the social ladder. Sourdough has become more prevalent in kitchens as popular videos gain immense love from creators, influencing their followers to start a new baking journey. Tracy Magarian shares a loving relationship with her husband and is a mother to their five beautiful children. She was inspired by the sourdough trend about two years ago and has become an expert at maintaining the process, from serving a variety of flavors to meeting her family’s needs. I interviewed Tracy, who graciously gave us an inside look and presented her pieces alongside collaborators’ opinions to help us decide whether sourdough is worth the hype.
