The Minnesota Vikings took on the Pittsburgh Steelers in Dublin Ireland this past Sunday.
The Vikings took a loss, moving their record to 3-2. The Vikings played a pretty good game overall but having a slow start to the game didn’t help with the loss. The Vikings defense let up a touchdown on the opening drive of the game so it gave the Steelers more momentum to start the game.
Carson Wentz led the offense for the Vikings this past sunday throwing for 350 yards, 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions. With his two turnovers it gave the Steelers offense more time with the ball. Steelers’ quarterback Aaron Rodgers led the Steelers offense completing 18 of his 22 passing attempts while throwing for one touchdown and no interceptions.
Star wide receiver for the Vikings Justin Jefferson had a great game catching 10 passes for 126 yards as well as their secondary Jordan Addison who caught 4 passes for 114 yards. DK Metcalf for the Steelers caught 5 passes for 126 yards and a touchdown.
The Vikings’ offense was able to pick apart the Steelers defense in the second half which got them back into the game.
They were able to make it a one score game late in the second half.
The Vikings still came up short of the win moving their record to 2-2.
