What happened?
The body of 15 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found wrapped in a bag in the back of the popular artist’s D4vd’s trunk on September 8th. Celeste had been reported missing on April 5, 2024. Her body was discovered in the back of the American singer D4vd’s Tesla trunk in a Hollywood tow yard. The circumstances that led to her death are still under investigation. Investigators rule her death as a homicide, but as of this point they have not yet named a person of interest. Her body was found not in tact and described that it was decomposing for a long time.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez was a 15 year old girl who lived in Lake Elsinore California with her family. Celeste was described as a shy, kind-hearted, quiet, and sweet child. Celeste was 13 years old at the time of her disappearance. Residents of Lake Elsinore held a candle lit vigil in her honor.

The American singer and songwriter, D4vd’s real name is David Anthony Burke. His most popular songs are “Romantic Homicide” and “Here with Me” which gained lots of popularity on TikTok. He released his debut album “Withered” earlier this year. Before Celeste was found in the singers trunk, D4vd was touring across the world on his Withered World Tour. Future dates have been taken off of his tour as the investigation continues and multiple brands have dropper the artist. He also has not made any statements or showed himself in public. D4vd’s representative states that he is is fully cooperating with the investigation.
The Plot Thickens
The mystery continues as family and fans uncover connections between Celeste and D4vd. Friends of the signer report that they would often see Celeste and D4vd together and believed they were romantically involved. Celeste’s mother had also reported that she was dating someone named David. The Los Angles Police Department shared that Celeste had a tattoo on her right index finger that said “Shhhh…”. D4vd has the same tattoo on his right index finger.
