Hennepin Technical College students have started up a new small business to improve their skills in video production.
Spencer Jones, John Kolden, and Aaroon Yang started a new business titled 3 Gen Video Production. They created this company to kickstart their careers and refine the skills needed for this craft. Video production is the art of making videos, from initial planning and scripting to capturing footage and editing. It can take a lot of time, but the delivered product is worth the wait.

3 Gen is currently improving their skills at a shoot with another small business owner, Jen Her, who bakes homemade goods. Their biggest goal is to attract more gigs. They love working with others and are very passionate about their work. Their very first gig was done purely out of fun and dedication to the craft, but they would love to expand.
These students love what they do, and any support they can get is highly appreciated, whether it’s a gig to grow their skills or a shoot that earns them money to put right back into the business.
If you know of any companies or businesses that need video work done, feel free to reach out and message Aaroon Yang here on Facebook.
