Southern California, specifically Los Angeles has so much to offer. If you plan to take a trip there it can be overwhelming trying to choose from the endless list of things to do. After spending lots of time in California throughout my whole life, these are the places and sights to see, that I would recommend not skipping over!

✰ Hollywood ✰
Hollywood has lots to offer and seeing the Hollywood sign is viewable from most places in Hollywood, I also recommend walking the walk of fame and seeing all the stars. There are many fun stops along the walk like the TCL Chinese Theater, the Wax Museum, and Pinks hot dogs. Pinks is a well known hot dog spot which has became popular through food shows which highlight its unique style of hotdogs. Pinks is also special because it has different style hot dogs, created by various famous celebrities who have visited!
✰ Santa Monica ✰
Santa Monica is a quick metro ride from the heart of LA. The beach is famous for its picturesque pier which has fun rides like a rollercoaster, ferris wheel, and also the famous Santa Monica beach sign. This is an iconic landmark in LA and is what you would imagine a LA beach to look like.
✰ Angels flight ✰
Angels flight is a hidden gem in downtown LA. Its a historical sight and has been used in many different movies and although its not to exciting its a fun experience to take a walk around the area and visit all the fun shops and the farmers market across from it. I think its worth your time because its not crowded and its very peaceful, theres also many cute coffee shops around it and just a cute place in general with a fun downtown LA vibe.

✰ Beverly Hills/ Rodeo Drive ✰
The Beverly hills has lots to offer, taking walks thru the neighborhood to get to Erewhon, seeing all the beautiful houses, and the fancy cars that drive past make you feel like your in the movie Clueless. Another classic LA experience is going to Rodeo Drive, although its one of the most famous places in LA I don’t think its a must. Its usually very packed and unless your planning to drop lots of money, there isn’t to it much but walking through a crowded sidewalk. If you do want to go to the Beverly Hills I much rather would recommend taking a walk in the neighborhood and grabbing a nice meal.
✰ Griffith Observatory ✰

This is without-a-doubt a must go place in LA. Its very close to Hollywood and has great views of the Hollywood sign. The observatory also has pretty aerial views of LA and the ocean. You can take hikes to get really up close with the Hollywood sign from Griffith too. The Griffith Observatory is also a famous landmark and most well known from the movie “La La Land”.
There are many more things to do in LA but this is just a guide with what I recommend to do and what not to waste time on!
