On March 2, 18-year old Diamond Eddie Manly was found dead inside of a car in Ramsey, Minnesota. Officers stated that the cause of his death was from gunshot wounds. His death was said to be a homicide.
On Tuesday, it was reported that four teenagers from ages 15 to 17 were arrested for having links to the students death. The teenagers have not yet been charged, and there are still further investigations that will continue in regards to the homicide.
