Franco Cusipag: Dad of the week

Kinzie Cusipag, a junior at Sartell High School, and her dad, Franco Cusipag, share a fun and loving relationship. Kinzie describes her dad as being funny, confident, and determined.

Kinzie mentions how her dad grew up in the Philippines and convinced Kinzie that they don’t have swing sets there because he never learned how to pump on a swing and didn’t want to tell her. This is the part where her dad’s funny side comes in.

Not only does her dad have a great sense of humor, but he is also a great dancer and takes part in having a little dance break at times.

Franco shows he cares by getting Kinzie flowers after all of her dance competitions. Franco should definitely get some flowers for his great dancing skills as well.

Kinzie says that her dad is her best friend, although if he were to be a cartoon character, she said he would be Calliou because he is bald.
