Last month, I had a weekend in which I went to my grandparents’ cabin. The following day, I left the cabin and eventually spent some time at a relative’s house.
On the weekend, some highlights were yard-work and a walk I took. Some of the yard work I did consisted of leaf blowing, lawn mowing, and I cut some firewood with the assistance of a family member. Located in the photo gallery, attached below, there are some images of wood stacks; some of of the wood was cut the weekend of the photo, and some of the wood was cut previously. I took several photos while I was on a walk on Saturday, and I found it cool and unique to take photos at night. The vibe can be vastly different in a night photo. Additionally, I took other images over the weekend.
Taking photos can be quite enjoyable at times, and here are three reasons why you should take photos.
1. Once the moment is over, you will have something to look back on.
Examples of moments that can be re-experienced through the utilization of photography can range from something as simple as a walk in the woods, to taking photos at a wedding.
2. It is an art form that doesn’t necessarily have to be “started from scratch.”
Imagine this, you are painting something on a piece of paper based on an idea in your head. Then, you suddenly remember that you have an iPhone. You decide to pause your painting, and instead, you walk outside to take nature photos. Now, you no longer have to “start from scratch.”
3. No extra equipment is inherently needed if you already have an iPhone.
In the modern society we live in, people with an iPhone can start taking pictures with just an iPhone. To some extent, I can also edit photos on my phone as well.
