Mya Henkemeyer is a senior at Sartell High School. Mya used to live in Rice, Minnesota, but moved to Sartell when she was in second grade. She has a younger brother in 10th grade named Gavin, and a dog named Lola who is a maltipoo. Mya describes her family to be very tall. She says that they are all very funny and unserious, love to travel, and they also all love to be outdoors. A fun fact about her is that she has traveled to 13 countries. Out of everywhere she has traveled, her favorite place to go to was Switzerland.

After high school, Mya plans to move to Bozeman, Montana and attend school at Montana State. At the moment she planning to major in English, but still has yet to fully decide on that. The things that Mya will miss most after high school are all of her friends, family, and having less responsibilities to worry about.
