The Sartell Sabres Wrestling Team picked up a couple of impressive wins this week in Buffalo and Fergus Falls. 

The Sabres went up against Buffalo and Eden Prairie this last Thursday, February 3rd. With the win against Buffalo, they earned a home dual for the first round of sections Tuesday, February 15th. They also picked up a win over Eden Prairie

The Sabres also traveled to Fergus Falls on Friday, February 4th. Where they dueled Fergus Falls, Ottertail, and Alexandria. They destroyed the competition and finished 3-0. Zach Anderson had an impressive day winning all 3 matches for the Sabres.

The Sabres hosted Bemidji and Rocori Thursday, February 10th. It was a tri-meet, and the Sabres lost to both. 

Sartell has a well-balanced team this year with four of the athletes ranked in the state. They have improved a lot so far this year as a team and keep getting better meet by meet.
