Many people at Sartell High School listen to the singers, Maroon 5, Travis Scott, and Big Boi. On February 3rd, these singers played at the Superbowl during the halftime show.

The first to go out on stage was Maroon 5.  Some of the songs that the band sang was “Girls Like You” and “This Love.” The next person to go out on stage was Travis Scott, and he sang “Sicko Mode.” The last singer to go out was Big Boi who sang “The Way You Move.”

The fans were not very amused by this performance. According to cbnsnews.com, Adam Levine posted a picture on Instagram and part of the comment said, “We thank our critics for always pushing us to do better.”

Senior Mitchell Marthaler stated in regards to Maroon 5, “Personally I think he was better than Travis Scott.”

When Travis Scott performed at the Superbowl the audience just thought it was weird on how he started it with SpongeBob and then he got on stage with fire flames, and ended it with crowd surfing.  According to USAtoday.com, “The other guest star, Travis Scott, provided the halftime show only moments of genuine weirdness.”

Student Reagan Vonderahe stated,  “I thought his performance was very interesting.”

Big Boi was the last to come out on stage. His performance was very outspoken.  He came out with a huge fur coat on and was riding this 80’s looking car. His performance did not really match with football, but it made the crowd go crazy.
