2017 is here! With the new year upon us and resolutions in tow, why not try learning something new this year? Maybe that “something new” could be how to recreate on of your favorite dishes. In searching the web, I have been able to find a profusion of copycat recipes that turn out pretty close to the original. It’s always fun to give a new recipe a try, and why not see if you can master some of your favorite foods? There are so many to choose from. You can recreate your favorite restaurant’s sauce, favorite baked good, or even try to duplicate an entire meal from the establishment of your choosing! And this adventure doesn’t have to only reach as far as the commercialized world of the culinary world. I’m sure with all of the food blogs and other resources available today you could even replicate, or at least come close to, your favorite childhood dishes made by a parent or grandparent. The possibilities are endless! To kick off a new year of fun new recipes, here are a few fun ones that I found that I think would be worth a try!
