Julia Wenshau is an artist here at Sartell. She has loved art since she was little and has drawn all through her school experience, and today, art is her passion. She told me that she started drawing when she was in preschool.

I asked Julia a few questions about herself and her art.

1. Where does your inspiration for your pieces come from?

“Most of my inspiration comes from my family. I really love to draw them. I also create pieces based on what I am feeling at the time.”

2. What is your favorite thing to draw and why?

“My favorite thing to draw is portraits because I love conveying emotions through them.”
