This weekend, I had a chance to sit down with one of Sartell’s very own, Julianna Tavale, to talk sports. Softball to be exact.

Now, I am someone who does not play any sports, has never played any sports, and most likely never will play any sports, so please, bear with me.

When asked to reflect on this past softball season, Julianna had a whole slew of positives to say.

Overall, she believes both Junior Varsity and Varsity had great seasons. Julianna says that “JV really set the bar high for next year ending our [the team’s] season with 18-4.”

With “a stacked team with great athletes,” Julianna is positive that next year’s season will come a lot closer to state.
